waffle hotdog

Thank god its Friday, after school ng son ko,  natuwa naman ako at naubos niya ang kanyang baon, i prepare waffle hotdog at medyo nasunog pa pero nagustuhan naman niya and he request  for our merienda here's quick and easy to make baon for your kids.

ingredients
1 box hotcake mix(200g)
1 egg
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 cup water

In a bowl, beat the egg, add the oil,water and hotcake mix, stir just slightly lumpy,(Do not overmix), using my waffle hotdog maker, Heat margarine and grease a waffle mold.
then serve warm.
