Yesterday napagod ako .. share ko lang about our family business, we have our own carinderia ni nanay, bale since birth eto na ang business ng aking parents dito kami nabuhay and nagkaisip.. i have 4 siblings, si nanay ang cook while i'm the helper hehe since I'm a SAHM i do lot of things, andyan yung nagfofold ng tissue, nagpupunas ng lamesa, wipe all the dirts, nagwawalis sa labas, naglalagay ng sili sa bote ng suka, hot water sa spoon & pork, nagdidilig ng plants, and so on ..dami pah...(masipag tayo) and so yesterday talaga is busy day kasi every friday lang nyong specialty namin here the menu for the day is "warek-warek"..eto kasing food na ito maraming preparations bago maluto....

every Friday paglunch time na napunta sila here sa place namin and order warek-warek w/ soup and rice ... o diba... nakakataba ng puso kasi pag friday pumupunta pa sila kahit napakalyo ng place nila meaning satisfied and nasasarapan sila sa food na hinahanda ni nanay ... Lutong bahay talaga. Mission accomplish!

-iprepare ang sibuyas na puti and dahon ng sibuyas and
-prepare for the sauce ...suka ,patis, paminta,luya and sili na tinadtad.
- and lastly ang nagpapasarap nito ay pinakulong utak ng baboy at
haluin lahat ang mga sangkap.
